Simultaneously, 247Hire’s Engagement Manager joined the client’s team on site and worked alongside its recruiters. Though the company was hesitant at first to commit to a single firm, they ultimately decided to end their other offshore engagements, and partner exclusively with 247Hire. Over a two-year span, they scaled their team of offshore resources from four to 20.
